We use a system called Quiet Detection to detect unauthorized activity such as 3-way calling. The system monitors your end of the conversation to determine if you are still on the line. you (not the inmate) must be heard on the line every 10 - 15 seconds. The response can be as simple as you acknowledging the inmate by saying ok or un-huh every 10 - 15 seconds. If the system cannot determine that you are still on the line and actively participating in the conversation the call will be disconnected. If this happens while you are using a cell phone it could be do to a weak signal or your signal fading in and out. Please ensure that you have good reception while attempting to take calls from an inmate facility.
If you have made a payment on our website this year you will be setup up for the new ivr system. If you have not made a payment on our website and wish to continue to use the ivr to make your payment please use our website to make a payment so that you will be activated in our new system.

The theft of telecommunications services is a crime. Bealls Communications, LLC. reserves the right to block calls to anyone that does not pay for services and will prosecute individuals that attempt to steal such services.
Prepaid customers who have their line flagged for passing messages or excessive attempts by the inmate will be charged a $5 reactivation fee to have the line opened back up.
Prepaid customers are allowed to transfer calls to a different line once every 30 days. Any additional transfers will result in a $2 transfer fee.
Billable Customers: For customers who have charges billed to their phone bills. The first excessive attempts or passing of messages will cause your line to be deactivated and you must contact customers service to have line reactivated. The second excessive or passing of messages will result in your line no longer being eligible for billing.
Here at Bealls Communications we value our customers, however foul or abusive language directed at a CSR will not be tolerated and could result in suspension or termination of your services.
For customers having calls placed on their bill. When the limit is reached you must have a 0 balance to have the line reset for more calls. If you have a balance with your provider even though it is not due, your bill must be paid in full.
If you are setting up your account for prepay please make your first payment through moneygram with all the correct address information.
When you get ready to make your second payment contact customer service to see if you will be eligible to make credit card payments.
Credit cards payments must be made using a card that is in your name if you use a card in someone else's name your account will no longer be eligible for credit card payments.
In order to receive your balance you must:
1. Wait for the inmate to call
2. When the inmate calls you must listen to the full recording at the end it will give you your balance and give you the opt to press 1 to accept the call

These payments are usually posted to your account within 15 Minutes. There is a $5.00 service fee on all web payments (i.e. If you want $20 to go on your account your payment amount would be $25.00).

The system is available 24hrs a day. It may take up to 15 minutes

When making a MoneyGram payment you will need the following information; your account number will be your 10 digit phone number (without dashes i.e. 5551234567) and our receive code 3216. The minimum payment will be $15.00. A $2.00 fee will be deducted from your payment. Once the payment is made it may take anywhere from 2-24 hrs for the payment to be posted to your account.
